Once an order is placed, we take 1–3 working days to process it. During weekdays, this usually takes just one working day. However, if you order on a Friday evening or during the weekend, processing may take slightly longer.

After processing, your order will be dispatched directly from our warehouse. Please note that delivery takes on average 5–9 working days after dispatch, as all orders are shipped from overseas. This international shipping model allows us to offer high-quality products at fair and accessible prices.

On the Shipping page, you can review your entered address. You'll also see that shipping is always completely free—a thank-you from us to you. Proceed by clicking “Continue to payment.”
